Joe has been around horses his whole life. You can see the bond he shares with his horses and knows how to get the most out of them. He learned the game from his father who also has been in the industry his entire life. Joe is a hard worker who puts the needs of his owners first. He comes in the money over 70% of the time. Joe will train horses on the New York and New Jersey Circuit.
